* Get to know you consultation - coffee and cake, we love to hear about your wedding vision, You may have already secured all your services, or you might have googled and pinned on Pinterest until your exhausted and unable to pin no more, let us clear your head and start you off on the right path of planning. (1 hour)
*Supplier and couple site survey - a full walkthrough with you and your suppliers to discuss anything relating to the installation of your non-permanent structure and the overview of the wedding day, meet with the structural supplier to clarify and confirm the build time, layout, access and exit points, condition of the land (Weather plays a huge part in the condition of the pitch), confirm meeting fire point, power and running water facilities, storage.
*Handover Consultation four weeks before your celebration - we will create the structural build and wedding schedule inclusive of front of house timeline, back of house preparation, site services plan and site-map including supplier site services power requirements and band riders. The securement of all suppliers on-site public liability documents, relevant health and safety documents.(Approximately 2 hours)
*We will contact all suppliers before the wedding to confirm services secured and confirm access times, parking provisions and take control of any issues that may arise. ( 1-hour administration time inclusive)
*Set up the morning of your wedding - working alongside any early suppliers who require preparation or pre-access (Caterers, front of house waiting team, bar staff, florists ) (4 hours onsite)
