Festival Wedding
I really want a festival style reception with live music and relaxed dining.
Is this something you can arrange?
Absolutely! We love the freedom non-permanent structures and outdoor weddings provide, tipi, marquee, Sperry or Berber tents, let's explore all the options to see how they fit with your vision. We start with the practicalities and logistics by surveying the land available, discussing all the essential requirements from access, lay of the land, site services including power, toilets, and catering options.
Once the structure has been secured, we will work with you to design and create the theme, decor and explore menus whilst suggesting industry specialists that we feel fit perfectly with you and your vision.

Finally, when it comes to the week prior to the wedding and the great festival build, we will be onsite to oversee every detail and be there on the day to ensure it all runs to plan. Following day we will be back onsite to assist with the derig,
leaving you to fly away on your honeymoon.

I (Donna) wanted to answer this one personally..
Weddings are unique, beautiful, emotional and often the biggest day of someone’s life, and I along with the team are honoured to be able to create them.
Working with couples from all over the world and really getting to know them is an incredible experience and something I have an immense passion for doing.
After twenty years of large scale project management and co-ordinating weddings, I have learnt it all comes down to two things, the Connection and Personality.
You must have a Connection with the couple to really get to know them and create a wedding which is all about them, it also makes for a fun planning process!
The other is Personality, taking into account the personality of the setting, of course the couple and a little of what makes North East Wedding Planners special, bringing it all together to create something stunning, personal and which has never been seen before.
Creating weddings is what I do, what I love doing, and I can’t see myself doing anything else.
