bamburgh village wedding
When you've spent your childhood running on the dunes, playing cricket and enjoying weekends with the family.. then there's no other perfect setting for your wedding than Bamburgh.
Nestled along the breathtaking Northumberland coast, Milly and Jonny's September wedding in the charming village of Bamburgh was a celebration that beautifully blended love and local heritage. The couple exchanged their vows in the serene St. Aiden's Church, a quaint gem that echoed with the warmth of family and friends gathered to witness their union. Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests were invited to indulge in a luxurious fine dining experience, featuring a menu crafted from the finest locally sourced ingredients that celebrated the rich culinary traditions of the region. The marquee was transformed into an enchanting space filled with stunning English garden florals, infusing the air with delightful fragrances and creating a romantic atmosphere that perfectly complements the coastal setting. In a true reflection of their values, Milly and Jonny emphasised the importance of family throughout their special day. With the groom's grandmother still residing in Bamburgh, the wedding took on a distinctly personal touch, drawing in locals who came out to share their well-wishes and congratulate the couple. This intimate gathering not only marked the beginning of Milly and Jonny's journey together but also highlighted the beauty of love rooted in community, making it a truly unforgettable occasion.
The whole day Felt Seamless
Donna, was absolutely amazing stepping in to pull together our wedding! We'd hit a few wedding planning issues and once onboard she was so friendly and reassuring. The whole day felt seamless, which meant we relax and enjoy our wedding day! Thank you so much, Donna!
Milly xx
