* Site survey- onsite walk around at your selected location, concentrating on the land (The lay of the land identifying any slopes, pitches, drains or undulations that may cause an issue) identify access and exit points, we will propose various structures that best suit the land and location, all internal layouts options, ceremony locations (Celebrant ceremony)  identify discrete yet suitable workable locations for your site services (Generators, catering tents and bathroom facilities) and identify any areas of Health and Safety concerns. (1.5 hours)

*Blank Canvas Site Survey -Fallen in love with a quirky village hall or blank canvas venue supplied dry hire, the site survey is still applicable and just as important to identify access and exit points, assess catering facilities, parking, wedding ceremony and reception layout options, we will walk the entire site together and run through options

 (1.5 hours)

 

*Supplier and couple site survey - a full walkthrough with you and your suppliers to discuss anything relating to the installation of your non-permanent structure and the overview of the wedding day, meet with the structural supplier to clarify and confirm the build time, layout, access and exit points, condition of the land (Weather plays a huge part in the condition of the pitch), confirm meeting fire point, power and running water facilities, storage.

 

*Handover Consultation four weeks before your celebration - we will create the structural build and wedding schedule inclusive of front of house timeline, back of house preparation, site services plan and site-map including supplier site services power requirements and band riders. The securement of all suppliers on-site public liability documents, relevant health and safety documents.

 

*We will contact all suppliers before the wedding to confirm services secured and confirm access times, parking provisions and take control of any issues that may arise. (2-hour consultation with additional 1-hour administration time inclusive)

 

*Full co-ordination of all suppliers and the overview of both back and front of house - set up followed by full guest management. (A team of two co-ordinators will attend your wedding on the day - onsite 8 hours)
