Due to the regulations and restrictions constantly changing, as a team, we are liaising daily with the wedding task force and several governing bodies in order to keep you safe.
Full Wedding Planning
Initial Wedding Consultation
It's important for us to establish a mutual connecting right from the word go. An initial consultation will ensure I understand your visions as a couple, helping me create a good understanding of what you'd both like to achieve on your wedding day. We with discuss, the season for your wedding, structural or location options, budgets, guest numbers and overview of how you visualise your special day.
Moodboard
We will work together to create a personalised mood board and colour palette using inspiration from both of you as a couple. Whether there is a particular item or colour you want to base this on, we will create something individual and spectacular for you and your guests.
Unlimited Contact
Not only do you get unlimited contact via phone + email, but you also get weekly zoom catch-ups, regular face to face meetings. This is your wedding so you have full visibility of the planning process whilst we work together. I'm a huge believer in transparent communication so you will be kept fully in the loop at all times, no decision is made without your consultation and consent.
Location Location Location
This is all included in your full wedding planning package. We will find your ideal wedding venue or site, wherever it may be, there is always a treasure hiding somewhere. We provide all supplier searches, we work with a trusted supplier list we have built over the years that we know personally. Rest assured, you will still have the fun part of deciding which supplier to go for. We will negotiate on pricing and any discounts will be automatically passed onto you, all communication with suppliers is transparent.
Securing Specialist Suppliers
Whether you are building a street food festival in your garden, transforming a tennis court into a Glastonbury main stage or marquee on farmland, selecting and securing specialist suppliers is vital to ensuring every piece of the planning puzzle fits together. Over the past two decades, we have compiled the ultimate list of suppliers from structural specialists, Michelin star chefs, award-winning florists, chart-topping musicians and entertainers to sourcing posh loo's...... having the right team on board is the baseline for creating amazing celebrations.
Build Management
The week prior to the wedding we will be on-site to meet the structural suppliers, orchestrate and oversee the whole build ensuring every small detail is attended to. Each supplier will have a specified booking in time, delivery point and time to exit the site. Preparation, planning and project management is key at this stage within the pre-wedding planning schedule.
Wedding Co-ordination
Rest assured that we will be with you the entire process of your wedding planning journey, which means if you have a weekend wedding, we are there the entire time. Full Coordination is included with your full wedding planning service. I along with the team will be on hand at any given moment on your wedding day, think of us as your very own Wedding PA.
